We have played this course many years and this is the best the greens have ever been. We play Meadowlands 3 to 4 times during the summer while on vacation at OIB. We love the layout of the course and the friendly staff but we truly love the greens. You will not find better greens anywhere. We can’t wait till we return in July.

We had a great day to play golf and a perfect course to play on. We were extremely happy with the course conditions. The tee boxes were good, the fairways were plush and the greens were unbelievable. We will be back very soon this summer.

The weather was perfect for a round of golf and so was the course. The fairways were plush, the greens were smooth and putted true. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Only thing that was missing was my golf game.

After heavy thunderstorms rolled thru overnight the course was wet and cart path only. But it was in such great shape that we had few wet lies. The fairways and rough were very nice. The greens were soft and held shots. The greens were a little slow but as the sun dried them out they begin to roll nice. We can’t wait to play Keith Hills again.

I have played many courses at the beach over the last 20 years. I have found my favorite. Everything about the Thistle is 1st class. from the time I arrived to I left it was incredible. The staff, the course, the restaurant/bar was the best. I don't know why I waited so long to play this course. I will be back Labor day weekend and I will be playing the Thistle.

The course was suffering from winter kill. I had always wanted to play this course and found a great deal. The course played 12 of the 18 holes as cart path only. A few holes played as par 3's because of no fairway grass. My 83 year old father struggled to walk so much to and from his ball. I would like to play it again when the fairways are restored.

The course is in excellent shape. The fairways and rough are beautiful. The greens are somewhat slow but very soft. The course has alot of elevation changes that make you think about club selection. If you have never played it you should !

I have always loved this course because I know it will be well maintained. It did not disappoint me! I was met with a friendly welcome as I walked in. I played the Orange and Black nines. The Orange is tree lined and tight with fast greens. The Black is open and has slower greens. It took a few holes to get use to the Black greens after playing the Orange. They both putted true. The range is huge and has everything you need to get ready to play a round of golf. I had a great time and you will too!

The Staff was very friendly upon our arrival. This course is outstanding! The tee box to the green is well maintained. The greens were the best I have played in the area this summer. The course had some challenging holes and even some elevation change I was not expecting. I will be going again soon.

When I saw the hot deal I had to try it. The course recently had alot of rain so it was cart path only. We enjoyed every minute. They picked up our bags at the car and had us ready to go. Once we teed off we didn't have to wait to hit another shot. The course was not too tough but each hole was different. We will definitely be back.
