First time playing. In Chicago for business and this course was close to where we were staying. What a find! Thoroughly enjoyed playing. Staff was very friendly, course was in excellent condition although hole number 4 was closed for bunker repairs so we were detoured to executive course for replacement hole (would have rather played hole #4 but I understand). Well managed with a friendly starter on hole #1 who offered course tips. Clubhouse accommodated our request to move up our scheduled tee time after our group arrived early. Nice quite Club Car electric carts with GPS (USB ports would have been nice). Course was very well maintained and in great shape. Greens ran true and pin placements were challenging. Rain ended our round after 13 holes but we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. I will make it a point to play this course again when I am in the area. One of the nicest public courses I have played in some time. Highly recommend!

Disappointing visit due to course condition. Layout is poor with some long distances between holes. Cart path golf with approaches riddled with crabgrass, hard and pretty dry. Greens were ok with spongy tee boxes. Airport very close with planes landing approach over the course and pretty frequent when we were there. I will avoid this track the next time I am in the area for a stay.
