Rewarded for hitting fairway with forward roll, rough is cut but thick - just the way it should be. Large greens, fantastic condition, literally can shoot dead at the pins - greens will accept - allows for lots of birdie opportunities. Wide open - flew around the course, never pushed & only encountered a few groups. My playing partner & I were able to hit two balls off each tee. They have 27 holes, unfortunately they have altered the course once again just so they can shove a few additional home lots in & have absolutely ruined the "Red" 9 - avoid this 9 if at all possible - for $21 including cart still a great value.
