Shuff

Played the 4th of July, never seen the fairways look so bad and the traps are still pathetic. Fairways are 70% mud. Phil needs to put a little more of his money into this course. Will be back, but not until course returns to being playable.

Nice 55+ community in the mountains with a nice fairly easy golf course that is playable for everyone but there is no SAND in the sand traps!!! This is so irritating, so tired of AZ courses with little or no sand. Cart gal is awesome, staff friendly, but please put some sand in the traps. Does sand really cost that much?

I have played 100 courses in the Valley and this is top 3 easily. The architects did an amazing job, needs to be played a few times to know exactly where to hit it. Lots and lots of character, difficult, but fair, greens are quick. Very FUN course, had a blast, will be playing this many more times. Staff was polite from check in to lunch. Must play course!!!

I have played here a lot. Always a great course, but no sand in bunkers yesterday, very disappointing. Also wanted to play more, they wanted 80 bucks and we could have maybe played another 9 holes. The grill is overpriced with below average food. The course is nice, the resort not so much.
