Golf in Southwest Florida is expensive in season. However, Valencia is a very good course, well maintained and is a great value.
Arrowhead Golf Course

Arrowhead is not an easy course but is very fair. With several sets of tees, it can be as challenging as you want it to be. The course was in very good condition and the greens, while not the fastest in SW Florida, were very true. The pace of play was excellent. Overall, you will have a very good golf experience at Arrowhead.
South/East at Spanish Wells Country Club

This is a fun course to play. The staff couldn't be friendlier and the pace of play was perfect.
Bonita Bay East - Sabal Course

If you get a chance to play this course, don't pass it up.
Old Corkscrew Golf Club
Played On 1/22/2013Beautiful but very challenging
This is a shot makers course. It is one of the nicest courses you can play in this part of Florida but will definitely also be one of the most difficult. I am an 18 handicapper and it proved to be very challenging for me. Nevertheless, you have to play this course at least once because it is quite an experience.
