Course was great... fairways, greens, tees, rough. It was REALLY nicely groomed. BUT, because of poor water drainage, we couldn't ride the carts on the course, except on the cart path. And trust me, I didn't hit that many on the cart side of the holes. Lots of walking to the other side of the fairway from the path, just to find and figure out a distance... then return to get a club. Speaking of which, Put SOME kind of distances on cart path, and it would be helpful to have a stick to show where the distance markers are. My GPS wasn't working, so it was quite a challenge finding distance. Such a shame about the poor drainage and difficulty finding the distances, because the course itself was amazing. The extreme heat wasn't the courses fault, so I'm not really saying much about that, except I would have loved to use my golf cart instead of having to walk with the cart having to stay on the paths.

The course has been let go.... fairway has overgrown grass, rough has high grass spots, and dead spots, etc. The sand traps have growing weeds, and the greens are burnt in various areas. And somehow, much of the course remains muddy.

Very unfortunate as I heard the owners and residents seem to be figuring out if they are selling. It already looks like it is closed.
