Blue Rock Springs Golf Course - East

Great golf experience playing this course. I live in Orlando so do not normally get to play golf courses with hills but enjoyed my round. The course was in excellent shape in every manner. The only take away was that the bunkers were saturated with water from the rain making it difficult to play. I will definately play again when visiting this part of the country.
Wet course
I love the layout of this course, one of the best in central Florida. We were told by the course marshal that there some of the sand traps had been taken out and a couple are being reworked.. He also said that course maintenance hadn't been able to work the rough due the rain we've had lately. I've played five different courses in three weeks and seen this in the other four. Much of the course was wet due to rain or irragation issues resulting in tire tracks on the course. Fix these issues and it could be a course people will play.

Overall was pleased playing this course. The t-boxes, fairways and greens were in excellent shape. Plenty of water on most fairways and bunkers made play challenging. There were three holes closed due to a bridge being replaced that I was not aware of. I would not have played here if I had known it at time of booking. This is not the first time I've encountered an issue with a course. Golf Now needs to ensure their customers are aware of issues when making reservations so there are no surprises. Also, I didn't see any drinking water on the course nor was there a beer cart selling beverages on the course. The clubhouse was nice and staff were very friendly. I will definitely return when I can play the whole course.

Great course with interesting views, each one presented its unique challenges. The fairways were in great shape. A few greens and tee boxes had minor issues that did not distract from play. The gentleman at the pro shop could improve on his customer s revive skills, he was not friendly at all. We were paired up with a gentleman who brought along his brother who recently had a stroke. Part of his therapy is to get out and move a bit. The Pro Shop charged for his use of the golf cart which was being used anyway. I live and play many of the central Florida courses where the golf cart is included in the Golf Now posted rate. Being told that I would have to pay an additional $30.00 for the cart caught me by surprise as I didn't see the small print shaded note when making the reservation. I would suggest that Golf Now make it so you have to acknowledge that you understand this the same as you do with the cancellation policies. It would also help if they would post the golf cart rate.

I've had my eye on this course for some time and took finally booked a tee rime. Really nice course. The fairways were challanging and in many cases narrow and tree lined on both sides. This resulted in accurate drives. I don't believe I've seen a course in central Florida with both fairways and greens as nice as this course. Only one green had some minor issues on the fringe. There sand bunkers on most fairways and a bit of water to deal with. The only thing I would recommend would be to update the signs at the greens the indicate yardage, obstructions and length of play.

Played On 11/03/2015One of the better courses to play in central Florida for the value
Really enjoyed playing this course. Each hole from the tee boxes to the greens were in excellent shape. No two holes were laid out identical with unique challenges on each one. Even with a tee time, they were out of carts so we had to wait until one became available. There were only two of us in our tee time group but were sent out behind two foursomes (female). Not only did they play slow you could hear them chatting from far away. Never mind the offer to play through. Cute bear cart girl but the prices were a bit high, $4.50 for beer and &3.50 for a small packages of cheese crackers. Play was slow due to the number of snowbirds but will definitely play again but next summer.
Sanctuary Ridge Golf Club

Great course' unlike no other I've played in the Orlando area. The course was in great shape, narrow fairways and numerous bunkers. The only complaint was the bunkers were a bit rough. If you like elevation changes from hole to hole this is the course to play. Very friendly staff.

I really liked the course layout. It has the potential to be a one of the best courses in the northern Orlando area if improvements are made immediately. The tee boxes are deteriorating due to lack of water. The fairways are overgrown with weeds and bald spots and the greens were in bad shape. Even though I played on a Tuesday, I can clearly see why the course was empty.

First time playing and was very disappointed with the condition of the course. The greens were in terrible shape and the fairways were not much better. Everyone that I encountered weird very friendly even allowing mr to play through. Considering the poor condition of the course and the availability of better courses in central Florida I will not be back.
Stoneybrook East Golf Course
Played On 08/09/2014This course can be fun to play if the mgt will invest in some needed upgrades.
I really enjoyed the course. A few of the greens needed attention, many of the bunkers contained water and some of the fairways had a weed issue. The only real disappointment I had was the lack of drinking water on the course or the lack of a roaming beer cart. I will play this course again but will bring my own drinks.
