Cimarrone Golf Club
Played On 10/15/2015After work Golf
Went to play after work, great rates. Course is kind of dried out. Staff is really great, good value for the money. Only down side was got behind a three-some and one of the players was a member, that obviously doesn't know or care about gold etiquitte and allowing a single player to play through and not hold them up.
River Bend Golf Links
Played On 02/21/2015Needs work
The course as of recently seemed to have been getting in better shape. This go around the fairways in several places were horrible. One green, #16 is little more than a hard packed sand box. The course overall needs some care to get it to be decently playable. Personnel wise, the staff is friendly and it could be a pretty good facility with the proper course manicuring.
Hope you can come back to River Bend and see all the changes we have made. Alot of attention has been given to the course and clubhouse. The course is in great shape and the clubhouse has been expanded to include many more options for food, beverage and merchandise. The course has been under new ownership since May 2017. You will be pleasantly surprised at the difference since you played several years ago.
The course has been under new ownership since May 2017 and has made substantial changes including expansion of the clubhouse with more food, beverage and merchandise options. The course and grounds have also had substantial work done and the course is in great shape! PGA/LPGA Professionals own and are on staff as well.
Cecil Field Golf Club

For the price I paid for the round of golf, it was a good deal. Great people working there and good food as well.
The Oak Bridge Club
Played On 07/19/2014Disappointing at Best
I played this course a while back and at that time the greens and other areas were in rough shape. I decided to give it another chance so I called the pro shop and asked about conditions. I was told the course was in good shape with the greens having been "renovated" several months earlier and all were in good condition except #10. After booking, arriving and teeing off to play it was obvious very quickly that the rumors of "good" shape were grossly exaggerated. The course has very poor drainage, the greens were a mixture of bald spots and pieces of sod mown down to brownness and any sand trap you hit into was like playing from a cart path as they were not raked and were hard as concrete. Overall the staff were nice enough but the course is in very poor condition. Also noticeably, there are NO water coolers placed around the course so you have to depend on the cart to come around if you need a drink. This was the second and last chance for this course, Thumbs down rating from me and my playing companions. With at the name Ponte Vedra attached to it, you would expect much better.
Golf Club At Fleming Island
Played On 2/20/2013Good value
Course is in great shape, excellent green and tee surfaces. Cart path muddy at time, but since you don't play from the path it is not an issue. Course personnel were helpful and friendly. For the dollar it is a good value, and I will be back to this golf venue.
Jacksonville Beach Golf Club
Played On 1/26/2013Not a good value.
Although the clubhouse and staff were generally okay, the course is in very poor condition, The greens were a mix of grasses and extremely dried out and difficult to putt. The fairways were like playing off of concrete with a thin covering of felt. This course is in very poor shape and needs a ton of attention, but as a money mill it cranks people through. No ranger to keep things moving but cart girl was through often.
