Mystery Valley Golf Club
Played On 04/11/2022Forget about it.
The condition of this course was deplorable. The tee boxes were dirt and sand, the fairways were chewed up with divots everywhere, the bunkers were unkempt and the greens, unfortunately, were just punched.

A fun day. Cooler than I expected but a fun day nonetheless. Pace of play was slow at first but sped up on the back. The greens were in great shape. The fairways were good. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It was worth the trip up the hill.

Barefoot Resort & Golf - Love Course

The Love course still has its winter coat but it is starting to improve. The greens were a bit slow,9, but putted true. Ths staff was great. The driving range takes a shuttle ride to get to. It was a cold ride on a trailer pulled behind a pu truck. Brrrrr! Overall it was a fun day.
The Bayonet at Bayonet/Black Horse Golf Course

This course and Blackhorse are must plays when visiting this area. There are ocean views from most of the holes to help make a challenging course enjoyable . There were a lot of thin spots on the course which made iron play a bit tougher. Overall it was a pleasurable course. It was a very hilly course which gave you a lot of side hill lies. Compared to the near by courses it is a deal at $69 including cart and range. Saturday and Sunday are demo days so I spent time after the round testing new clubs.
Desert Dunes Golf Course

This course was in good condition. It looked to be recovering from over seeding. The greens were a bit slow, maybe an 8 stimp and a bit bumpy. Paid $79 green fee which is a bit high. $55 to $60 would be more appropriate. It is a nice layout and I hope to play it again.
