Enjoyed round today. Played in a 3-some and finished in 3.5 hours.

I booked the round via Golf Now and was not informed that the back nine was closed. There should be timely communication by Golf Now about abnormal course conditions. Golf Now did send an e-mail two days after the reservation was made that the greens were aerated. However, the notification was not timely enough for me to look for an alternative.

Course was extremely wet after the recent rain. It probably should not have been open for an additional day.

Holes 10, 11, & 12 closed due to course maintenance. Can replay choice of three back nine holes to make an 18 hole round. I was aware of this before booking.
Overall, conditions were fine for winter golf. Won't recommend only because of course maintenance. I understand this may be the last year of operation due to planned housing development on site.

Best greens in the area especially for winter play.

I regularly play this course and enjoy it. Greens are fast and some are difficult to read.

The greens were aerated last week and still recovering. They were very slow and inconsistent due to not being cut to normal length.

Overall enjoyed the outing. Play started out slow because there was a five-some in front of us. After conversation on 3rd hole they picked up pace. The course does not have any rangers to monitor pace of play.

I like the course and have played it under better conditions. When I got to the course I learned that the back 9 was closed due to aeration. There was no communication on the GolfNow site that this was happening. We played the front twice. After driving almost an hour I was not pleased to learn this upon arrival.
I would only recommend to a friend with the condition that they call the course first.
