Boca Dunes Golf & Country Club

My wife and I were very disappointed with the course conditions. The fairways had patches of bare spots. The greens were slow and also had bear spots. Rumor has it that the course is closing and will be converted into a nine hole course. I would have liked to have been told this before I booked. On the positive side staff was very helpfull and friendly.
Palm Beach National Golf Course
Played On 02/04/2019Golfnow system did not work
I made a reservation on golfnow for 2 people at 1:18. I received an email confirming the reservation. I received another email the day of the reservation. When I arrived at Palm Beach National they had no reservation for me and had given my tee time to a 4some who called in. Luckily the people at the counter were very nice and they squeezed us into a 5 some. The course was very crowded so we were going to have a long day anyway. This seemed to be a golfnow computer problem. The course said this does happen some times.
From now on I will call the course to check even if I get an email from Golfnow.
We are sorry about the confusion with your booking. I'm glad we were able to work you into another group. Hopefully you enjoyed some nice golf here in the sunshine state.

Fairways are patchy with many bare spots. Gteens are bumpy. However price is cheaper than many of the nearby courses.

West Palm Beach Golf Course

Too much sand and not enough grass. Looks like it needs a couple of good rain days or a better irrigation system. Fairways very scruffy. Layout is good and provides some nice challenges. Would come back when I see a hot deal.

Palm Beach National Golf Course

Course was challenging and in good shape. Greens were good and ran true. Would definitely recommend this course. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Club house is a little dated but that was not important to me. Will definitely be back.
