THE SENT US OUT 15 LATE. I COULD ONLY BEAR 9 HOLES OF EXCRUCIATINGLY PAINFULL SLOW PLAY SO I WENT HOME. THIS PLACE WAS PACKED. 3 HOURS TO PLAY 9 HOLES, ARE YOU JOKING? HOW AOUT YOU CUT ACK ON TEE TIMES? 8 MINS BETWEEN ROUNDS INSTEAD OF 6 MINS.

Thank you for reaching out. Your experience is important to us and I'm sorry to hear that your time at Dobson Ranch wasn't what you had hoped. I was the manager on duty that day and while our course is very busy, we do take a very proactive approach to pace of play. We also track turn and finish times electronically. On Friday the 15th, the highest recorded turn time we had was 2 hours and 22 minutes while our max finish was 4 hour and 32 minutes. While this is less than ideal, I do understand that when you have to wait between shots throughout the round it makes things seem longer.
Regardless, I'm sorry we let you down and I would love a chance to make it up to you.

NICE VIEWS AND INTERESTING LAYOUT ESPECIALLY FROM BLUE OR BLACK TEES. A REAL GEM THAT NEEDS TLC. SOME FORMER WATER HOLES ARE DRY AND NEED TO BE REVAMPED. STAFF WAS GREAT! THIRD TIME THERE AND WILL GO BACK!
