Mesquite Golf Course
Played On 10/14/2017Hometown course-a big thumbs up
The course is in great shape. I live in Mesquite and have not played the course in a while because it was not part of the GolfNow hot deals. It is now. The course is well kept. Challenging with a good layout. Bunkers and creeks to challenge any golfer. Thumbs up!

My Gf and I play this course regularly. We drive 50 plus miles to play it every 2 weeks. It’s worth the drive. It will challenge your game. Except for par 3s all tee shots are blind shots. Take the trip. Go play a round.
Lake Park Golf Course - Executive Course
Played On 10/07/2017Good course
My girlfriend and I like to play this course. It is in great shape. It has an open layout with no hazards. A great place to work on short irons and wedges. We will play it over and over again.
The Club at Los Rios
Played On 10/06/2017I like it
This is a good course to work on your game. It’s pretty open. There are no bunkers; but it has its challenges. I like the course
Webb Hill Country Club
Played On 09/17/2017Worth the drive
We drive 50 plus miles to play this course. At the Golfnow rate we will continue to make the drive from the Dallas area. This was my 4th time playing it. The last time I played it I thought the fairways needed to be mowed. This time the fairways were mowed and the greens were in fantastic shape. Except for par 3s you will hit blind tee shots. Course layout, staff friendliness, price. It's worth getting away from the city to play in the country.
Woodbridge Golf Club
Played On 09/09/2017One of my favorites
This is one of my favorite courses to play. It will definitively challenge your game. I recommend this course and will play it over and over again.
Waterview Golf Club
Played On 09/03/2017Past better than present
This is a course I enjoy playing. All holes are straight; no dog legs. It is a challenging course. Bunkers to test your bunker play. I usually rate this course 4 stars. However to give a true description of the course conditions I have to rate it lower this time because of the greens. This course used to have some great greens but most of the greens are in poor condition. And players have done a poor job of repairing divots. Having said that about the greens, I will play it again and again.
Buffalo Creek Golf Club
Played On 09/02/2017Very nice course
Nice layout. Greens are in very good shape. A challenging course. I recommend it. Fees sometimes too high.
The Club at Los Rios
Played On 09/01/2017Course to work on your game
This is a good course to work on your game. They are working to improve it. It does not have sand traps. For the Golfnow value, it is worth playing.
The Club at Los Rios
Played On 09/01/2017Nice course improvements underway
This course has a nice layout. It does not have any bunkers. A very nice course to work on your game. Hole #4 is a temporary par 3 instead of a par4 when the improvement is made. Yes some improvements can be made to greens and fairways but I think this course is better than some reviewers give it. I definitely will play it again. Booking it at the Golfnow rate you can't go wrong.
Webb Hill Country Club
Played On 08/27/2017A rural gem
This was my 3rd time playing the course. Blind tee shots except for the par 3s. I enjoy playing this course and drive from Dallas to play it. The fairways need to be mowed. If not eventually people from a distance won't make the drive. Very friendly staff.
Webb Hill Country Club
Played On 08/06/2017Good course in rural area
I first played this course during an alumni golf tournament- Texas A&M Commerce. I live in the Dallas area. Me and some friends drove from Dallas to play a round. The staff was very welcoming. The course was not crowded. It has a very nice rate. At the Golfnow rate, it is worth the drive. Although I will definitely play the course again, the fairways need to be mowed and the greens are slow. Lots of slope on the greens. It is a very good course outside the greater Dallas metro area. It's worth the drive to play. Except for the par 3s, you will hit blind shots off the tee. Get the fairways mowed and a little TLC on the greens and this is a rural gem.
Meadowbrook Park Golf Course
Played On 08/05/2017Not Golfnow friendly
My girlfriend and I drove 35 miles to play the course. We arrived about 1 1/2 hours early because we went there directly after dropping a car off for service. We thought we would get some practice in before our round. [the course does not have a driving range.]. When we checked in the 18 to 22 year old person behind the counter without us asking told us that Golfnow customers are not allowed to tee off earlier than their scheduled tee time. So we went outside and did some pitching and putting. Seeing that the tee box was empty and had been empty for about 15 minutes I went back inside and said to him. "Even with the tee box empty, we cannot tee off early?" He replied, "its posted right here. Golfnow customers will be charged $10 per person if they tee off earlier than their scheduled tee time." For some reason he seemed to have a problem with Golfnow customers. Finally with about 20 minutes to go before our tee time, he told us we could tee off. It is a nice 9 hole course. The greens are very slow. If it were not for the treatment we received when we first arrived, I would recommend the course. When we ended our round there was a different gentleman behind the counter. He told us that we could play 9 more holes if we wanted too. He told us the price was the same no matter how many holes we played. His attitude towards us was very friendly. I started to ask him why Golfnow customers could not tee off earlier than their scheduled tee time. If you are a Golfnow customer, I hope your experience is different from ours. It is a nice course to play.
Duck Creek Golf Course
Played On 07/04/2017Potential if TLC applied
This course has potential. It is not very well maintained. The fairways needed to be mowed. The layout of the course is nice. The greens were not great but rolled very well. Apply upkeep and more people will play it but it is going to have to overcome poor ratings to get the public back.
Lake Park Golf Course - Executive Course
Played On 07/03/2017Course for couples
This is a very good 9 hole course for someone just learning the game; or someone wanting to improve their short iron play off the tee box. My girlfriend is learning how to play and I would recommend this course for beginners. Also it is a great course for a couple to spend time together playing golf.
Lakes at Firewheel Golf Park

The course was in very good shape. It's challenging and definitely worth playing. I will play it again for sure.
The Courses at Watters Creek - Traditions Course
Played On 05/06/2017Very nice course
This is a course that I definitely recommend. Very nice layout; friendly staff. There is a snack hut on the course so no opportunity to visit clubhouse between front and back nine. The greens have been punched and sanded in preparation for the warmer months. Putts still role good on the greens, but should get faster when the aerihydration fully comes in. Definitely will be playing the course again.
Old Brickyard Golf Course
Played On 04/22/2017Fantastic Course
This course is a gem. It has the highest elevation of any course that I have played in the Dallas area. If it is your first time playing it make sure to get the Course Guide Book. Holes 9 thru 12 are labeled the Death March. This course will challenge you. Great course layout. I am looking forward to playing it again. If you have to drive a distance to get to it, it is worth the drive.
Waterview Golf Club
Played On 04/15/2017Good course
It has been a couple of years since I've played the course The front 9 and back 9 have been reversed, so if you use a gps watch you want to make sure you download the latest course. All holes are straight; but the hazards are strategically placed to make it a fun course to play. Somehow they need to find a way to prevent range balls from the 10th fairway.
Tangle Ridge Golf Club
Played On 04/09/2017Great course
I haven't nothing negative to say about this course. I would recommend that anyone within 50 miles make the drive to play it. It's worth the trip. It's a challenging course from the layout alone; factor in the wind and it will test your skills. Great course. Additionally, the scenery of homes, hills, trees, etc on your way to the course is unique. Nothing more beautiful no matter what area of the metro you live.
