I played this course a year ago and the rentals where average condition then, this year same clubs a year older. Really bad condition Calloways.

I don't know if it is the time of the year but I played three different courses and all of them were only in fair shape. This course, 10 of the 18 greens were in rough shape, they were like playing Colorado courses after a rough winter with a lot of winter kill. Staff was great, course was wide open so pace of play we really good.

Staff was very friendly, Course was challenging but playable. Will play again when I have a chance. Only criticism is the sand in the traps.

Must be the time of year but the fairways were dry even though the have been irrigating. For an out of town person the most disappointing part was the rental clubs. They provided me a set of 10 year old Titlest clubs. Greens were in good shape. Also they have cut down so many trees between the fairways that the tree don't come into play on most holes, another disappointment.

The pace of play was a little slow even for a busy Saturday and there did not seem to be a course marshal around to speed things up.

This is no joke this is a mountain course but with the bonus of beautiful ocean views. On a clear day you can see Maui, as well as 50 more less of coast. Every hole is interesting with a variety of challenges. Greens were in great shape the day I played.
