Good grass fairways, greens, and rough. Usually reasonably wide. We played the senior's [gray] tees and really enjoyed it..

Played On 10/09/2016Not my favorite course, but a great price
This course entertains a lot of not too serious golfers. There are always multiple dimples in the greens that haven't been fixed. There is rarely sand to repair divots at the tees or anywhere else. Our tee time was 2:20--few people around this time of year. We played the day after a horrendous rain and we were pleasantly surprised. (All the sand traps were ground under repair). The course was in better shape than we expected. All in, we had a great time!

Great practice facilities with included range balls.
Lots and lots of sand traps. Good grass. Good greens. Some really pretty holes, with good elevation change. Not for beginners. I'm a 21 handicap and was pleased to shoot my average. My favorite course in Palm Springs.
Golf Club At Terra Lago - North Course

The grass and the greens were in great shape...some sand mixture on some greens but didn't impact putting. I loved the layout...ups and downs...some great views. I'm a 21 handicap and loved the challenge. Lots of good sand traps. 17 is a short 120 yard hole looking down fromup quite high...loved it. 12 was abou 130 with a green surrounded by traps, looked like close encounters of the third kind...a lady we were paired with quit fo a while after 9...not a course for beginners. Practice facilities were 1st class. One of my favorite courses...

Cathedral Canyon Golf Club
Played On 11/16/2015Grass was lacking
Greenish brown is not optimal. The course was interesting and at times challenging (narrow fairway).
Play this course one (or 2) tees farther back. Otherwise some of the holes are too easy, even for me at 21 handicap. But $30 on Golfnow at 11:00 makes this a winner.
