Course was in good shape…especially the greens. Probably won’t play it again. Staff was nice.

Course was is great shape! We teed off at 8:12am on Monday, July 5. They sent us off on 10 which worked well, we fininshed the first 9 in just over 2 hours as a threesome.
We got stacked up on hole 1 and finished in around 4.5 hours.
We appreciate your 5 star review and regret you were somewhat delayed on your second 9 holes. Double tees gets more golfers out early in the summer when afternoon temperatures can be excessive.

I've played several courses in the OBX area and this one is among the best. Course was in excellent condition, we never waited. Finished in 4 hours. I'd say the $70 rack rate was fair but would have liked it much better in the $55 range - but who wouldn't!!
Overall a solid course for my level of play (15 HC).

What a treat of a course. I've wanted to play this track for a while now. We have a yearly family trip to OBX. The rate has always been very high but I scored a $40 12:45pm tee time - can you say EXTREME value? Beautiful course, pristine conditions, staff was EXCELLENT.
Played 18 in 3.5 hours. What more could you ask for?
I hear the normal rate is $160? Can't say I'd play again at that rate but if you get a good deal definitely worth the drive.
