Course is in good condition for the time of year, especially after the drought of this summer. Conditions were a little soft and muddy which makes the par 5’s quite hard work! But a good and varied selection of different types of hole. Greens very good! And a well kept pint of beer at the end. Thank you very much,

Twisted Stone used to be a good course! Now it’s a scabby nine hole pitch and put. However! Golfpass are still selling it as if it’s an 18 hole golf course. £23 is a rip off for a 9 hole par 3 course. The pace of play was excellent as we were the only ones who were suckers enough to pay any money. I’m very disappointed- more with golfpass not being entirely honest!! Last time I’m using this service as contacting a club directly is often better.

I'm not normally a complainer. I really like this course and have played it many times. the Golf Now app took my money and I turned up for my round after driving for 75 minutes. the pro sjop chap said that we'd have to play the 1st 9 twice as the greens were under repair on the back nine. OK fair enough. but it turned out that ALL the greens were being repaired - not even temporary greens - just a hole somewhere in the fairway. we played anyway but felt that taking the full price for the greenfee was a bit rich as the course was not in any sort of playable condition. Really good course but I felt cheated on this occasion.
