Got a GREAT price with a GN Hot Deal. Course was in pretty good shape, especially for August in Las Vegas. Greens were in great condition and fast. Played at 7:50 a.m. with another single behind a threesome of locals and the pace of play was excellent - finished 18 holes in just over 3 hours. Nice variety of challenging but fair holes; good choice of tee boxes for any handicap.

Two of us got paired with a husband/wife & had a great time. Played 18 holes in 3 hrs. & 35 mins. on a Friday morning. Course conditions were very good, consistent speed on greens, & bunkers were very nice.

Despite a deluge the night prior, the course was in absolutely pristine condition - as usual. Played with three other singles, and had a great time.

Played @ 3:30 p.m. on a Sunday afternoon and didn't see another solo except the player I was paired with. Had an enjoyable time and played in less the 3 hrs. Course was in perfect condition - firm fairways and fast greens.

Great track in outstanding condition. Teed off at 1:20 p.m. on a Saturday afternoon as a twosome and finished in 3 hours! Great pace, great staff and an enjoyable afternoon.

I was very impressed with the course. Nice layout, decent challenge, not a lot of variety in the holes but just enough to make it fun. Greens were very slow and bumpy due to recent aerification. I'd like to play it again when they've healed.

Only drawback was the starter. First, he hustles us off the practice green, starts shuffling the morning groupings by putting another single and myself with a twosome, and sends us off as the first group of the day - in front of a couple of threesomes. He then has the nerve to drive his cart out as we're walking off the first green to dress us down for playing the first hole too slow - claiming that we're already holding up the groups he's trying to get off the first tee. Maintaining a decent pace, our foursome then plays18 holes in 3.5 hrs. and not once do we see groups behind us. Mr. Starter could use some schooling on guest relations.

Front nine is a very good resort course; back nine is a short but challenging desert course. Tees, fairways and greens are in fantastic condition. Friendly staff and great service.

The course layout and and scenic views are outstanding. Challenging but fair; not necessarily long but shotmaking is required. Greens are fantastic but a little slow. Don't expect the off-course amenities that you might find at a $55-75 course (pro shop, dining, gps on carts, etc.) but you'll get a great golf course and fantastic customer service. Enjoyed so much the first day that went back again the next day.

A decent course; short but you still need to make the shots. Greens are slower than usual but in good shape. As a twosome, played the front nine in about an hour an a half. Then ran into a foursome on 10 that backed up the entire course. These clowns defined slow play - poor cart management, looking for balls in hazards, not playing ready-golf, standing on the tee box chatting away, etc. They refused to let anyone through. Back nine took now the 2.5 hrs. to play. Course could use a Ranger to monitor pace of play.

A great course. Fair but challenging layout from any tee box. Played from the third tee and probably the toughest 120 slope ever. Some of the best greens I've ever played - Absolutely flawless and FAST. Took advantage of a great hot deal rate.

Played Wildhorse GC for the first time as a solo and was paired with a couple of really nice members who showed me around the course. Local knowledge is VERY valuable. Several holes require well-placed drives in order to have a good shot at the green, plus there are a couple of hidden hazards. Unimpressed with the first two holes but it got really good after that. Not a long course from the gold tees but relatively tight and challenging greens. Overall a really good course and worth playing again.

Had played Los Colinas several times and made the right decision to try El Campeon. Played the "Classic" (white) that were the original 1917 layout. Fantastic layout, and VERY different from Colinas. Classic old course. Only two downsides: greens had been punched maybe a week ago and were very grainy (not a very good Bermuda putter to start with); played as a single and got stuck behind three foursomes - the last of which was at least two solid holes behind. Must have been a big money game. Regardless, El Campeon is definitely on my replay list.

Had a great time at Terra Lago - North. Played as a twosome with a buddy at 7:00 a.m. to beat the desert heat and were off the course by 10:15 a.m. Enjoyed it so much, we went back again later in the week. Good layout and a nice test. Course conditions were very good. Greens rolled fast. Bunkers are penalizing with deep, thick sand and steep banks around the greens. Only downside on the first day was having to wait for the staff to show up and open the pro shop and driving range, and had just a few minutes to warm up before heading out.

Really like this golf course. It's a great challenge from the whites, and should have played there. Got paired with a couple of young, long-ball hitters who were looking for the pro tees but "settled" for the blues. Too often, however, they couldn't keep it on the course. Good round with the regardless. Course was in great condition and, being the first group out, the pace was great. Highly recommend - but look for a Golf Now Hot Deal to get the best deal.

Pretty good course. Played with an older couple, and played from the white tees to accommodate the gentleman. Probably should have played from the blues to make it a little better challenge. Course was in very good condition. Thought it would be a death march because I waited on every shot - as much as 10 min. a couple of par 3s - and there were foursomes everywhere on the course. Still played in 4 hr. 20 min. I'd go back.

Really didn't give the course much hope when I first pulled in. Looked like a glorified muni course with a bunch of players in assorted attire (one guy in jeans shorts and a tie-dyed tee shirt). Pace of play gets off to a slow start with an opening par five followed by a par three but opens up after that. The somewhat basic front nine soon turns into a very challenging and scenic back nine. A fairly good golf test but a little over-priced (although the going rate for the area).

Made the trek over from South Lake Tahoe (1 hr.) and it was absolutely worth it - so much so that I went back again later in the week. Absolutely beautiful golf course and VERY well maintained. Bunkers tend to be a little mushy in the early morning after the greens are watered. Very challenging greens with lots of undulations and quick. A great value for the money.

Royal Links is a great experience. Booked tee time through Golf Now and had no problems getting on at 7:00 a.m as a single. Got paired up with another first-time single. Played in about 3 hours. Course was in great condition. Greens were punched about 3 weeks ago and the practice green was the worse one. All others were rolling great. Staff and service were outstanding. Even valet parked my car at the bag drop. Enjoyed the hole descriptions at each tee box.
