Bridal Falls Golf Club
Played On 09/09/2014Very nice course.
Well maintained. Some challenging greens with some surprisingly long fairways for a small course. Played nine holes due to time available but it gave you a fairly good workout when walked.
The Falls Golf Club
Played On 10/18/2013A TRUE MOUNTAIN GOLF COURSE
High up on the mountain looking way down from your tee-off or further on down the fairway, every spot is magnificent in this challenging course. Hit it right or you may find yourself adding many more strokes to your game. The course is fantastic in a rustic mountain setting with long drives to the next tee but the fairways and greens are very well looked after. The clubhouse needs up-dating.
Cimarron Golf Club - Boulder Course
Played On 04/22/2013Easy on the eyes
This course is easy on the eyes with the slopes and hills and desert gullies but also has a wide open vista. Can be a challenge if you land in the wrong spot.
Indio Golf Club
Played On 03/25/2013Going Downhill
Mostly clover and hardly any grass on fairways. Rental carts are prehistoric and rusty and irritating with grinding wheels. Staff seems in a hurry to get rid of you and can't handle the pressure. They seem confused as to who has paid and who hasn't. Unfriendly.
Palm Royale Country Club
Played On 2/26/2013Excellent and can be tough.
This is like a miniture PGA. Beautifully looked after. Your skills are put to the test over water time and time again and you better know how to read the greens as they slope in all different directions. Oh... bring some extra balls to donate to the water God. He especially likes the ones that don't quite reach the green and roll down the slope into the water. A very enjoyable course to bring your short game skills back.
