First time traveling to Hawaii and we stayed at the Aulani Resort which is the Disney resort right in Ko'Olina. The Ko"Olina Golf Course was in walking distance from the resort so we scheduled a tee time on Tuesday of our week-long trip. It was the first time playing the golf course and it was a ton of fun. Great layout, greens were in great shape, and great pace of play (played in 4 hours). Even if you're not staying at any of the resorts in Ko'Olina, it's worth the trip! Awesome golf shop, too, with great merch!

First time playing Southern Pines and it did not disappoint. The course was aerified 2 weeks prior so the turf was still healing a bit, but the greens rolled just fine. The layout was awesome. Typical Donald Ross course with very challenging greens and Tee shots that require accuracy. I didn't find too many "Bail out" areas around the greens which made getting up and down very difficult. We walked with push carts provided by Southern Pines and it was worth it considering it was cart path only when we played. Undulating terrain made the walk tough, but if I played it again, I would still walk. Would HIGHLY recommend playing Southern Pines next time you're in the Pinehurst area. I know I will be back!

I'm a local in the Winter Park area and WP9 is always top of my list of courses to play. It takes less than 2 hours to play 9 holes, the course is easy to walk and it's always in great shape. Don't let the scorecard fool you. This course is challenging, especially around the greens. It's important to miss the greens in the right areas in order to get up and down for hopefully Par! This was my first time playing The Hollows. The greens were in GREAT shape,. The tee boxes and some of the fairways were a little stressed from the rough winter climate that has caused some "Winterkill" on Bermuda grass, but I believe the condition of the greens made up for it. The bloody Mary from Knickers was great and the service was very good. If you're in the Richmond area and looking for a run golf course and relaxed atmosphere, add The Hollows to your agenda.

This was my first time playing the Blue Heron course. What makes this course great is it's unique layout. It requires you to think before every shot, especially off the tee. Driver is not the play off every par 4 & 5. Sometimes an irons is preferred and other times a hybrid or 3 wood. Also, your ball placement in the fairway is important based on pin location. Golf Courses that make you think and call for accurate ball striking are always more fun in my opinion!

The Greens are usually one of the best in Orlando, however they were just aerified and topdressed with sand (understandable). The fairways were spotty and looked like they were overcoming some winter/heat stress, but we played "Winter rules" and placed the ball in the nearest grassy spot. Also noticed they've removed a lot of their bunkers which was a shock to me. I thought the bunkers added character to the course, especially from the tee box. Still enjoyed my round and was able to play in less than 3.5 hours on a holiday!

Everytime I'm in Orlando, I make a point to play OCN. Both Panther and Crooked Cat are top notch. Greens are always in great shape and pace of play is usually not an issue. It was extremely windy with the occasionally rain shower, but luckily we were still able to get all 18 in. Course drains extremely well as we were "scattered" with the Golf Carts. If you find yourself in the Orlando area soon, add OCN to your list!

I haven't played this course in a while, but was in the area for a wedding. The greens were in the best shape I've seen them. Fairways were great and the rough was thick and healthy. Tough but fair challenge!

This was my first time playing Magnolia Green and I walked off the 18th hole with a 5 star experience. The clubhouse is newly built and includes a spacious golf shop and large dining area. The course was very playable yet strategic and required you to think before every shot. What club to hit, where to place it, etc. The Greens were difficult, yet fair and called for precise iron play. I was a single and played in 3.5 hours. The staff was incredibly friendly. I recommend this course to anyone who's in the Richmond area looking for a fun golf challenge!

I recently moved to Orlando and wanted to find a new, challenging course to play. I am a scratch golfer and found this course to be somewhat of a challenge. The practice facilities were amazing and the staff was extremely friendly. I highly recommend playing.
