We arrived at the course and proceeded to warm up. 10 minutes before our tee time we went in to buy water, Gatorade and beer. CLOSED! No beverage if any type was available, it was very warm. Luckily we had two warm bottles of Mountain Dew. Without that we would have had to be out there 4 hours with nothing to drink. They don’t allow outside coolers. For that reason, the health department should shut them down. Guess they will be shut forever when someone sues after having a heat stroke. We’ll NEVER go back!!!

They had punched the greens with large tines recently which was not disclosed when we made the tee time. There were two extremely slow groups in front of us and no marshals. Last year the course was in spectacular condition, but I guess the Covid has reduced maintenance cash

I was surprised that the course was in such great shape because when I mentioned it to fellow golfers, I heard nothing good. Evidently it had gone thru a major renovation. The greens were some of the best in Dallas, even taking into account private clubs

The layout of the course is good, but not conducive to walking. Many tee boxes were far from the previous green. The greens reminded me of the surface of the moon. The man in the pro shop was not friendly. It appeared that he wished he was somewhere else. I won't be back
