It had been a while since playing the course, but it is even better than I remembered it to be. Challenging, but not frustrating, manicured but not overpriced. Pro shop staff was friendly and helpful, my only concern about praising it to much is the fear of the price going up!

First time in Orlando for golf for many years, only had one opportunity, this was absolutely worth it. While they are doing a few course repairs, I don't feel that it interfered with the game at all.
Greens were super fast and often deceptive, course layout was excellent with lots of interesting water and bunker placements. The sand was excellent; no hardpan anywhere! (Shouldn't have to say that, but...)
Staff was excellent as well, helpful and friendly.

It had been a few years since I played this course, and I was completely enthused by returning there. It requires some 'shotcrafting', thinking your way through it. It's not so bad that you run away frustrated, but enough to let you know that you can't just 'blast and hope.'

Unfortunately, many of the greens had been aerated, which made for some less than fun putting. This was noted at the clubhouse, but not on the Golfpass app, which was somewhat disappointing. Yes, October is aeration time, but not mentioning it is somewhat deceptive.

That said, I will definitely return.

Mid-November golf is always a treat. But today was a gem! Conditions were excellent, staff is great as always. Fantastic sunset.

Nice course, excellent condition. Not particularly complicated, but still enough of a challenge that the average golfer will learn some respect!

I had no reason not to expect something good, but with the tremendous proliferation of golf courses in the GTA, even 'average' is generally pretty good. But this course surprised me. Not that the layout was unusually difficult, although it presented plenty of challenge, it was subtle things; the length of the grass on the face of the deep bunkers; the deceptive greens, the placement of trees that skewed your distance perception. I will definitely try to slay the dragon again!

This course continues to be one of my favorites, even if it eats golf balls...

Playing the golds is bad for your ego, but sure is fun. It is great that they have finally replaced the old stairway to the upper tees on the par 3 11th. But if you have never played the hole before, you will not have any idea where the pin is; only the back quarter of the green is visible. To be fair, they should trim some of the sumac so you can at least see if there are people on the green...
