The Club at Starr Pass - Rattler/Coyote
Played On 10/08/2017fun course
I really enjoyed the course. the frequent gullies crossing the fairways, with impenetrable thickets in them made me think about club selection much more that just to-the-green distances. My wife who is a beginning player was put off/discouraged by those gullies and she ended up just carrying her ball around most of them.
Quarry Pines Golf Club
Played On 10/06/2017Great fun!
we were pleased with the deep green lushness of the course despite its desert location. fun elevation changes as you wander in and out of the quarry. up the hill off the right side of the 10th fairway easily found > 20 balls in less than 3 minutes -- never did find ours! Hope to play again before we leave!
Coral Canyon Golf Course
Played On 03/21/2017beautiful course
Our first time in this area. Beautiful course layout. Played the white tees because of the single that joined us, and would recommend using the blue tees for a more typical course yardage. Green to tee is LONG so riding is a necessity for all but the dedicated hikers. greens are quite fast and most are multi-tiered so approach shot placement is important.
