Layout is good. Price is good. Staff is good. Sure wish courses would make more of an effort to speed play. As a foursome, we waited on almost every shot from 3rd hole on. By the end of the day, multiple groups were waiting on the tee box. Also, greens are still very beat up from aeration.

Good but not great course. Fairways are in excellent shape. Greens are good. Sand traps are awful. Hard as a rock with large patches of grass growing in them. Been that way for quite a while so the course must have decided to ignore that problem. Otherwise a very good course so it is a shame.

Good course, fun layout. Staff is friendly. Only drawback was that it was very slow especially for a Tuesday.

Greens very slow and a little diseased (particularly number 5). For a hilly course, doesn’t really drain well so a lot of plugs and mud. Still if you get a good rate and no rain, it is a fun course. Staff is great.

Checked in as a twosome a bit early to warm up at the range. Front desk said I hadn’t paid. I had paid through golf now I explained. I wasn’t believed as this went back and forth till I showed my receipt. After complaining about golf now, he accey I had paid. I asked to purchase a range token but was told it didn’t open till noon. Since I got emails from Chicopee Woods and Golfnow, confirming my tee time, it might have been helpful to tell me that. After putting for a while, I asked the starter if we could go out a little early as there was no range available. The starter said he didn’t mind as they had over half an hour of open box but he needed to ask the front desk. Front desk yelled, NO, they used GolfNow and they aren’t going out one minute early!! Again the only reason I asked was because they arbitrarily decided not to open the range till noon. So as a twosome,, we sat for over half an hour of open tee boxes only to follow 2 foursomes. Course is great and most people there are fine except for the weird animosity of the front desk guy to GolfNow.

Every course is wet right now so a little mud was to be expected. But overall, the course is in great shape. I was running late but the staff was accommodating. I finished in no time. Now if I’d just played better...

I swore this course off a while back due to pace but decided to give it another try. Not sure why one course would always be slow but this one is. Ranger was nice but couldn’t speed things up enough to avoid another >4.5 hour round.

Course was in good shape. Price was very reasonable.

Nice course but very slow. Walked off course as I couldn’t keep waiting 5 minutes to hit each shot. Spend a few dollars, please and get a Marshall willing to tell people to hurry up.

Excellent rate. Almost had the course to ourselves. A little muddy but great deal
