The course was in great conditions for November. Greens were quick and true always enjoy playing out at Charleston pines.

The course was in great shape for November , the only problem was the leaves on a few holes on the backside slowed play down. This is more a result of the fact they have some fairly tree lined holes on the back on 12-14. The course was trying to keep ahead of the leaves as we saw people on working on the leaves but they were coming down more often than they could keep up. Certainly not the courses fault , something you have to expect at this time of year.

First time here and enjoyed the course. A few too many blind shots but it was in great shape. The only surprise was I had read many reviews that said the greens were extremely fast but we did not find that the case. I assume that had to do with it being the end of the year. The only real complaint I had was not a fault of the course but the golfers that had played either earlier, or even the day before. I have never seen so many ball marks on the greens, it appeared no one was fixing them. I seemed to be fixing 4-5 on every green. It was an 1 hour 20 minute ride but i thought it was worth the ride.

Usually i would give Blue Heron 5 stars but today the pace of play was dreadfully slow. 4 hrs and 40 minutes. In addition many of the fairways were just aerated . I know that is usual this time of year and i assume that is why the fairways are usually in pristine conditions. Greens were in great shape. I hope to get back again when conditions are better.

Course was in great condition for as dry as it has been. Pace of play was great. Greens are always fast and some of the pin placements were extremely tough. Staff is always friendly and it is well worth the 40 minute drive.

Love playing this course, staff is friendly , greens are in good shape. Trees that line the fairways will make it a long day if you cannot hit it straight.

Took the 45 minute drive to Livingston today. The course was in great condition, some tough pin placements. Pace of play was excellent as there were not many golfers there today. I hope the on course restaurant gets to open soon. Well worth the drive.

I always like to play The Pheasant , the only real issue is lack of distance markers especially on the back 9 where both mine and my playing partners GPS cannot find the back 9 at this course. So we were guessing the distance for the whole back. Some areas needed some mowing off the fairway but that is probably due to the wet cold spring we have had so far.

The course overall was good, a lot of trouble if you were not right down the middle, which i was not. Greens were fast . Staff was friendly but at 12 Noon there were multiple groups that were delayed because they were out of carts. We were having to wait quite a while for people to finish 18 so we could get a cart.

we played Monday and it was cold so there were not many people out so we were able to play at a great pace. The pro shop here is the friendliest of all of the Golf Now courses. Some of the courses on Gold Now seem to be unhappy that you are using Golf Now and it comes through in the way they treat you. If this was not a 45 minute ride i would play more often here, even not on Golf Now deals.

This is a course that is usually in good condition , and pace of play was very good. Holes 4 and 12 are very difficult and 10 is extremely long. Staff is excellent.

The course was in pretty good shape for all of the rain we have had. We were able to move along at a good pace. Staff is friendly the course has some narrow fairways so it was somewhat challenging. Greens were in good shape.Good value for the Hot Deal price. Will certainly be back.

The staff was very friendly and the course was in better shape than we expected for all of the rain we have received this spring. It was still wet but playable. I would play here again for sure on a hot deal as it is a 45 minute ride.

we paid $42.00 to play in the afternoon 4 pm. We were sent off the back and we were told that all carts would be called back at 7 20 pm. The first 5 holes went pretty smooth but things got terribly backed up when we reached our 6th hole( hole 15 ) probably because they put 9 holes in a space that should have only had 6 holes. The worst part of the round came on our second 9. There was no one in front of us so we were able to make up the lost time as we were a twosome. When we reached our 18th hole ( # 9 ) at 7 PM a message came on the GPS screen that said something the the effect of Asset Protection until 5 AM and the cart shut down. we called the clubhouse and the gentleman working in the clubhouse said he never heard of that and said we must be too close to the green. I told him that we were on the cart path right next to the tee box. He said they would send someone out. Ten minutes later we were still there and no one ever came for us or the cart, we dragged our clubs and gear off the cart and finished our last hole walking.
