I played this course while visiting Mazatlan and it was a Friday morning. I was the only one on the course so obviously the pace of play was outstanding. I did join another golfer on the fourth hole. The course was in great condition even though it had been aerated three weeks earlier. The pro shop attendant gave me a discount since the greens were not rolling at their best. That was a major Kudo. I enjoyed this course and don’t know if I enjoyed the golf or the views more. I would highly recommend playing this course if you like To play golf on scenic courses. The only negative is that it is quite a ride from the ocean front strip in Mazatlan. But well worth the effort to get there.

Went to play this course while visiting my son. He hadn't played in over year so wanted to go somewhere where he could enjoy himself. This course has an abundance of par 3s and the par 5s are actually just long par 4s. Fairly easy course as it is a teaching facility. Greens are exceptionally fast and don't hold very well. Was disappointed that there is no alcohol on premises as it caters to minors. Fun outing for players who are timid about playing with experienced players. If you're looking for a challenge wouldn't choose this course, but a nice experience all the same.

I played this course on Columbus Day so it was quite empty plus the wet weather. The course needs somd upkeep and i understand itz under new management so maybe some positice changes are on the way. However seeing how im not a "golf snob", and i fealize you get what you pay for, st $25 with a cart id say it was worth the money.

This is a nice golf course. The fairways were lush, and despite recent aeration, the greens rolled well. The front nine is a bit more challenging than the back and require precision shots as their is not a lot of room as trees and water surround. I always enjoy playing here and think it would be worth a visit if you've never played here.

Its a little overpriced for the regular green fees, but I played on a hot deal which made it worth the visit. The course is tucked away in a community which presents houses lining the fairways. Very beautiful and relaxing scenery. My only complaint is that the greens are very small and don't hold very well, making GIR very difficult. Other than that, its a nice golf course to play.

I took my wife with me just to get out of the house as she plays golf about 2-3 times per year. Its a fun layout and entertaining to play. Not necessarily very challenging, so if you're looking for a challenge you may be disappointed. If you just want to have a fun golf outing, I highly recommend this golf course.

Went out because my friends were with family during our Florida Golf Trip. It was mid Afternoon so not many people out on the golf course. It was an ok golf course, no complaints, but not anything that I would rave about. Because of the cost of the Green Fee, I give this course a decent rating. Would not pay top dollar.

Outside of Prince William residents, not many folks are familiar with this golf course. Its a nice well kept course which plays short, but still challenging. If you can find a golfnow deal, then this deal gets even sweeter. I enjoyed my time playing here and would play again.

Don't let the overall length of the course fool you. Its short, but when the holes are long...they are LONG! Very nice course and in a nice community. I would love to play it again.

Played once before with a friend a few years ago. its an high end course, but was able to catch a deal on Golf Now so the value was better. Driving range only allows driver use into a net, so that was disappointing. All else was pleasant.

easy two holes and thought we would ace this course but it does get difficult. The Tee boxes could use a little TLC, but for the money its an excellent value. highly recommended course.

This is a good course to play if you're a straight shooter. It's not too difficult if you can keep your ball in the fairways. Although the course is not long, lots of water keep you cautious and honest with your tee shots. Its a bit challenging that the first hole is the #1 handicap hole, but once you get past that rough start you can get on a roll before you hit the next challenging hole. Enjoyed playing here and would do so again.
