Centerton Golf Club
Played On 09/07/2020Pathetic
What a waste of time and money. We got a hot deal for 37 dollars and that was too much to pay.
Most of the fairways had little grass. When I land in a fairway I should be rewarded by hitting off a nicely mowed and plush surface.
The greens were riddled with fungus, thereby making an unplayable putting surface.
The rough is 80% crab grass. They tee boxes had very little grass. Pace was excruciatingly slow. Put a darn ranger out there to ensure a decent pace. I know that there are high handicappers out there but' come on, enforce golf etiquette!!! This is a course that should go under. I live nearby and it's been horrible for too many years.

Played On 05/26/2019The course has great potential.
The Fairways were in awful shape. They desperately need water. Most of the greens were in good shape.
The sand traps are pathetic. The sand trap at the green of the 6th hole had chunks of sod in it. Ridiculous especially on the Memorial day week end.
The course has a lot of potential. I hope everything is addressed soon.
White Oaks Country Club
Played On 10/22/2017Where is the ranger?
Fairways, tee boxes and greens were in fair condition. This time of the year the course should be easy to maintain. Too many bare spots and hard pan.
This is the fourth time this year a round took in excess of 4-1/2 hours to play. One round I left early because of the slow pace. Another round took 5-1/2 hours. This is totally unacceptable. The golfers there are so bad and have no golf ediquette. I think I saw a ranger twice in four rounds and even then they did nothing to speed play. PLEASE FORCE FASTER PLAY. I will not return to this course

Fairways and greens were in excellent condition. The course is just challenging enough for average players from the white tees. The bar tender was excellent too
Pitman Golf Course
Played On 05/21/2017Very pleasant outing
The staff were very pleasant. The course was in beautiful condition. Not a blemish on any green. You may at first, think the course is too easy for you. But there are many doglegs and many of the greens are small and undulating. Even after we finished at 6:30 pm on a Sunday, the consession at the 18th was still open. It was nice to enjoy a hot and a couple of beers. Treat yourself and play this course

Played On 04/22/2017Good course for average golfers
The course was in good shape, considering the amount of rainfall in the previous 12 hours. Greens rolled nicely. Fairway grass was a little long (no doubt due to weather) but in good shape. The course is mildly challenging to the average golfer but not too difficult.
Beckett Golf Club
Played On 04/02/2017What a dump
Limbs, branches etc., all over the place. Not one descent green on the course. Greens were like putting on macadam. I will never golf here again!
Hi "u4835558" We appreciate your honest review. Due to the recent storms we are still in the process of cleaning up the course. As for the greens the course is still transitioning into its spring peak golf season. A few more weeks the the greens will be back in proper shape. We appreciate your feedback and hope to see you again.
Well said My recent experience was similar in terms of conditions! I will say there was a ranger out on Saturday keeping things moving! I'm still waiting for a response from Empire Golf who seems to crawled under their shell and disappeared! Pathetic is a good choice of words...Hello is anybody home???
