We love the course, the layout, the employees, and the value that Lakeview provides, but for some reason they cannot grow grass on the tees and greens. They closed 5 greens in the fall and replanted them, yet 3 months after they are back open they are either dead(#2) or full of large patches of sand and inconsistent grass. Almost all tees are like playing in a sand trap, with little to no grass.
They have made many great improvements with tree removal, new plantings, and improved cart paths. I wish they could fix the greens!

We play at Lakeview occasionally as my wife likes the executive course. They’ve done some nice things in the last year in terms of new cart paths, cleaning up a lot of dead trees, but the greens are just horrible.. I am not sure what is going on here, but they are very sparse with grass, large sandy spots, and barely cut.

We played midday on Thursday and waited on every shot for three hours, then walked off after 11 holes.There is no way that an executive course should take this long to play a round of golf. The fairways and greens were in rough shape,, extremely thin coverage on the greens. We will not be back.

The round was disappointing as the greens looked like they hadn’t been cut in a week, many fairways were damaged by water. I have played Canterbury Woods, Lochmere, and Ridgewood that were all in superb condition compared to this course

This is a neighborhood executive course and is a fun layout for non serious golf at an inexpensive rate,so expectations are not high. However we found the tees and greens in very poor condition. The greens are missing grass in many areas and don’t seem to have been cut in weeks. The tees are more sand than grass. We played this course many times last year and it has degraded significantly since then. Hopefully someone can put some attention around these greens to make it more playable

This course is a beautiful layout, has great conditions, and is a good value. The staff was great, play moved along at a great pace, under 4 hours, and it was a pleasure to play. Although more expensive than I would usually pay, it was well worth it for the experience.

This course is a great find in an older Lake Worth neighborhood. It is nice layout that is not plush, but very serviceable and a good value. The greens are a little inconsistent but had some interesting breaks and many false fronts grabbing approaches.

We have played this course many times over the last four months and it is now starting to really get burned out. The greens would not hold at all and down grain we could not stop the ball. They desperately need more water. The starter is great, very hospitable. The bar/ restaurant was closed when we finished at 3:15 on a busy Friday, which was extremely disappointing, considering the price that we paid ($95).

Wonderful course played tough in the cool breeze today, but greens and fairways were excellent.

The entire day was a great experience. The greens here are the best that I have seen in public golf, fast and true. The starter was a great guy, providing insight to playing the course and getting us ready. We played on a busy day in less than four hours despite being behind a five some. I highly recommend Atlantis!

Great experience at Atlantis despite the heavy rainfall this week. Greens were still fast and we played in 3 1/2 hours ,

Course was in great shape, greens rolled good speed for the first week opening, played the ball down with no issues. Many improvements since last year with tree clearing and cart paths re-surfaced

This course is showing its age and a lack of upkeep, certainly not worth the walk up rate of $139.00, or the hot rate of $79.00. It is relatively short, 6400 yards from the black tips, with just about every hole dead straight with little character. The greens were slow, probably about an 8 on the stimp, which was surprising on a bright warm day in Phoenix. The “sand” traps were nothing but gravel and dirt around the entire course. This was a very disappointing experience when I had such high hopes with such a historic facility.

This course is a classic layout that has run into disrepair. Despite little rain lately is was muddy and there was little fairway roll. The greens were inconsistent with some in good shape and others blotchy with dead patches. We got a Golf Now Hot Rate, but I think it was not a great value.
