The shop manager complained on GolfNow.com about my reservation including cart for 18 holes.
He demanded me to return the cart after 9 holes and to walk the other 9 holes.
I had a bad time without a cart for 9 holes.
I want GolfNow.com to clarify this complaint.

too much rain to continue the remaining 9 holes, but no rain check
The Hilldale GC shop manager (lady) advised me to contact GolfNow.com on raincheck because of prepaid teetime owned by Golfnow.com.
I would be grateful if GolfNow.com would give me a raincheck or credit asap.
