Started being told 15 min delay turned into a 40 min delay
when you book 133 you shouldn t worry about finishing we were. Club book 7 min tee times should be 10.

pace of play slow 3 some infront playing blues couldnt hit past ladies tees should play reds mens egos... hole open marshall duid nothing said nothing except its to be accepted.

greens not fast enough for me but rolled true, some were top dressed which slowed them down
Nice layout not just grip n rip. You have to play smart. Ranger was not polite far from it.
5 hr round not sure i would return bad experience because of pace and the ranger. Pro was very apologetic afterwards. Shout out to the PXG rep who was too tired to show the new equipment. thats sarcasm by the way.

Pace of play watching a 4some of Men that think they can play the blues EGO that probably cant even play the whites so you guessed it 5 hr round ranger no help said there was no issue. Plus Ranger should learn how to talk to clientele and not try to berate them.. That ruined the experience, and at 300$ hard to swallow.

The track itself though is nice, not really hard if you are playing where you should be playing. You cant drive 200yds dont play the tips oh and people dont wait for a green thats over 250 when you can only drive 200. Ok im done venting sorry. They are supposed to do a complete overhaul soon of the course so who knows they may see me again... maybe?

Mentally a tough track gotta play to the best areas of the green if not you are 3 putting.
Pace of play was great at 4 hrs. Par 3 all the samre distance this day over 170 from the green tee offs.

Would comre back . No ratin on ameniries didnt use.

Absolutley loved this track

Title says it all no mtce had been done for 2 days I was told. Ok I understand Xmas day but dont charge 90$ for conditions the way they were.

All bunkers had standing water , greens were slow and patchy
Fairways and rough normal for off season with overseeding.
Course said no mtce had been done due to it Being Christmas day. Then lower green fees in consequence.

Greens lush unfortunately Extremely Slow lik velcro on an uphill putt. Not much faster downgrain.
Layout is an interesting track lot of variety. but again greens way too slow for me and my wife.

Bunkers soft and firm base easy to play.
Rough dormant easy length to play out of.
Problem due to I assume heavy rains is collection areas, were muddy tapped down sparse lies. Hard to chip off.
Kinda pricey compared to other courses in the area, but track layout is interesting. Have to position ball well to score.

Twice played there and greens too slow once in Oct once in Feb. So answer is they keep greens slow there.

If you dont mind slow greens its worth playing

S cart path only makes for a long round 3 sometimes 4 groups on each hole. I cart part price should be reduced.

Fairways ran fast even after rain greens hold roll true semi fast. Some tee offs in bad shape.

Nice variety of doglegs . Again cart path only left bad impression ( might as well walk same thing ) fairways were dry so because of over seeding they said.

For that alone wont return

Had to see if what I heard was correct.

Preserve has been pu back on my must play courses for Sarasota area.

Tee offs still need some work. Fairways playable to nice conditions. Greens are hard but roll true med fast.

If playing a 150 shot play and 135 club and it will always roll out due to the firmness.

Not a grip n rip course water on every hole.

Have to mange your way around the course, using your head.

Great doglegs, great subtles valleys on the greens.

You get your moneys worth here
