Tri mountain didn't honor my son birthday Golf game. They asked in there rebut to correct the situation so I got in touch with them. Tri mountain still has done nothing for the inconvenience.

Golf now sold me tee times that tri mountain would not honor.

I had to prove a cart was included. Unfortunately Golf nows confirmation doesn't show a cart is included but on the purchase area is does. Fortunately 2 tee times were still available and I was able to prove it. I will screen shot from now on. Second time I had to prove payment which is fine but one would think that there system would show that.

We were booked and paid for 18 holes but the course didn't honor our tee time because of a tournament. They offered us a rain check and said to get refund from golfnow. I can't find a way to request a refund from Golf now .
