Having never played the course previously I was really looking forward to my round, the course had been recommended by other golfers. the practice area was excellent but rather busy, which wasn’t a problem. I had a strange journey to the first , I was running close to my tee time as I approached the tee area, unaware that I passed 2 gentleman in buggies, one who basically grunted at me, I offered him my name and tee time , this was greeted with a score card , pencil and pointed to the in the direction of the first tee., with a parting comment of you are playing with that pair and another single. The other 3 players had already tee off and were leaving the teeing area. I would have expected the starter to be at the teeing area as well as introducing the players to each other, rather than sitting in his buggy under the shade of some tree’s talking to his buddies.
The golf course was in excellent condition, this is the 4th round of golf I have played in the last week, this course was the best overall package. The greens, teeing area’s were well manicured, the fairways all had an excellent covering of grass, a joy to play off.
Most certainly a course I would recommend and will play again, but the staff need to polish up their act.

Played at 9.20, course was busy all times until then, already booked. Played as a 3 ball pace of play was good, 4 hrs total, last 3 holes a bit slow, but no complaints. The practice area was excellent, unlimited balls to hit and a very good putting area. The course was in excellent condition, the tee, very large but well maintained. The green nice pace and extremely smooth. For the time of year the the fairways were good. The only slight irritation was the lack of GPS . Overall, a must play course when in Orlando.

I have played this course a number of times over the last few years, before playing my most recent round I was slightly concerned about the comments on line about the construction work. The only hole effected was the short par 4, 5th. With a temp green and shortened by 100 yards. The tees had been moved back to compensate. This was the only allowance to construction work.
The greens were superb, as good as I have ever played on. I am lucky enough to play 3-4 rounds of golf a week, on many different courses, this is definitely a stand out course. The cost of a round has increased over the last few years but still worth playing.
I was due to play as a single but was asked to play with 2 other players, this left a 20 min gap in front of us to a 4 ball, we caught up with them on 17, and completed our round in 4 hours, not brilliant but acceptable.
The staff from the Pro shop, starter to buggy guys all seemed to enjoy their job and have a pride in their golf course, credit to them all.
Course is very fair with good bunkering and water hazards, I was 3 over after 4, poor play on my part, finished with a4 over 76.
Truly enjoyable day.
Thank you Stephengray for the review and support! We are happy to hear you had a great time with us! We hope to see you back out here again in the near future!

Course is part of the champion gate complex of 3 courses, this course has the best greens of the three courses by a considerable margin.the main drawback for the course was a lack of yardage indicators, unfortunately the courses doesn't seem to be available as an App or on any GPS systems. Hopefully just a temp. Measure. Course has wide fairways with lots of bunkers, the bunkers are fair and of good condition. A definite to play, especially at the discount fees available through Golf now. Pro,s shop is currently a temp. Cabin but this isn't a deal breaker.

First time at this course really enjoyed my day, course was in excellent condition with a great variety of holes. Staff were excellent, greens were of good pace but still playable. Not the most difficult course but defiantly a course I would play again.

Very friendly staff, moderately difficult course, excellent variation of holes. Tee's & fairways had good grass covering, greens varied in quality, couple of greens were patchy but in general were of good quality, course was great value and well worth considering.
