Pete Dye is always a welcome challenge. Holiday week play was slow because too many singles were playing alone.
Greens slower than expected and some forward tee boxes and greens aprons were sparse of grass.

Otherwise, enjoyed the round as expected!

Enjoy this course which is always recommended by my sister. It would have been nice if staff monitored pace of play as well as starting time and use of golf carts before the start. The slow players ahead of us could not have been more apologetic but nevertheless the 4.5 hr round could have been finished in 4. If. you know about the trains that pass through and can concentrate... this course is usually fair and interesting.

New to this area and trying several courses. This was Nice course, winter dry conditions.
Front nine was fairly plain, near airport runway and short from front tees.
Back nine was more interesting-- more trees, still short from most front tees, bunkers with side near green a 12-15 in "crater" and water or creek more obvious and in the way.
For quiet Sunday, pace seemed slow even though 3 singles paired up to save some time. Finished in 3 hrs and 15 min so really pace was fine.
Next time I will play one tee back for more challenge.

Have played here before and experience on course was same-- good course, challenging, great conditions. But, service before casino was better--no bag boys at curb, no valet car service as posted, automated doors not automated, information about pro purchases varied by staff .
Will come back but for course not service. When there was service, kids stood around obviously waiting for tips.
But, no one cares about golf when casino brings in $$$$.
