We found the course to be in very nice shape for late October. The greens are normally pretty slow but not on this day. Faster greens made round even more challenging than normal. It's nice to see they are still keeping things in good condition unlike most of the other non-muni courses in the area. One of the more challenging public tracks around and will definitely be back again soon.

Good layout and course in excellent shape. Perfect track to fine tune short game, all par 3 & 4's. Beautiful views and plenty of wildlife about (roadrunners, birds, etc.) situated next to Zoo. Only downside was 4.5 hour round. Also had a guy playing behind us with no shirt. One of the course attendants asked us about our round after we finished and apologized for slow play saying no ranger during week, only on weekends. Overall great experience at Rolling Hills.

Course was in excellent shape many long challenging par 4s and lengthy par 3s. Played in 4 hrs even behind league play; they kept things moving brisk. Recommend highly and will be back next spring training.

I haven't played here since the spring and as I've heard the course has taken a turn for the worse. I have played at quail reguarly since 1997 and always enjoyed the layout, challenge and course condition. A few notes from todays' round below.

1. Rough was so high that if you hit the ball there it was a loss.
2. Greens were in terrible shape. The only green that was playable was #6.
3. Teeboxes in rough shape.

I payed 18.00 plus booking fees but will not return again this season. I will just stick to playing the muni courses which are in much better condition. I hope w/Mamie moving on that Warrior golf is committed to getting the course back to the excellent condition I've experiece in the past; they have their work cut out for them.

Course in in good shape and staff is very friendly. Greens in great shape and back 9 has some unique/challenging holes.

I have played here in the past and enjoy the overall layout and challenge. However, right now, wouldn't reccommend this track due to the poor conditions. The greens are in good shape, but that's about it. Every fairway is void of grass and roped off where you must drop your ball. I spoke to the super and they are trying their best to get it back into shape asap. Maybe try it next summer.

Conditions excellent for a fairly new course. Wide fairways but many green side bunkers and slick greens create challenging experience. Drove 1 hour, but well worth it for 50 dollar rate.
