Overpriced

The new greens and bunker complexes are good, the layout is nice especially back nine, but there are better choices that are less expensive ( CC of HH, HH National, Dolphin Head). It is not a $100 + golf course.

Horrible conditions. Worst bunkers I’ve ever seen. What do you expect for $28? Can’t believe this is a Brown property. Should have warning signs for bumpy cart paths.
