This course is not your typical muni course. It is beautiful and challenging. Unfortunately, it was windy and cold when we were there. Nonetheless, we always enjoy playing this course. they will be adding liquor. Now, beer only.

No one in front of us, no one in back of us....went out as a 2-some. Had a great day.

I am an avid golfer and have golfed many courses through the U.S. Poston butte is a very nice, well kept course. It has green gas everywhere. The course is wide open, so not too overly difficult. Amenities are great. Very nice and certainly worth the money. This course is part of the TROON family. Have played other troon courses. Always satisfied with a Troon.

Course was well maintained, had some difficulty but was within reason, greens were fast enough, grass good, some elevations, beautiful scenery, a little different than most Phoenix courses....more like a troon course.

Both my husband and I are avid golfers. This course was minimal in appearance, and the aesthetics were poor. .although the price was to be a good one, it was not worth it. Sorry. A course that has seen its day.

My husband and I are avid golfers and have golfed all over the U.S. AZ courses are unique in their own way. Saddlebrooke was out of the norm. Elevations galore. Beautiful course. Paid an excellent rate to play. So very worth it. WE WILL be back. If you golf, do it with someone who knows the course. It helps!

This is a Troon course, pretty much guaranteed nice. it was a very nice course, as anticipated, and we got a GREAT price to play it. So well worth it. Lots of water, so challenging, but nice for a change.

The course was well maintained. It was nice. Not a lot of hazards. From where we come from, it is priced out of this world...however, because of golfnow, we could play for $40 each.. I would not pay more.

OK course. Good for the money and convenient to our home. Will probably golf again when prices in Phoenix greater area go sky high!

Fabulous day. No one in front of us, no one in back of us. Beautiful weather (but called could for arizonians). Course was over seeded so it was cart path only. Went well as carts had GPS. Our 4 some was done in 4 hrs, 5 minutes. Would definitely golf again.

I always enjoy playing Fairways of Woodside.

Played about 15 years ago. Still a nice course. Loved all the green grass. Good buy for the money. Also, friendly staff. The girl in the bar was great.

I am an Avid golfer. This course is what you would think an Arizona course would look like. It is tricky on some holes. Elevation a galore. Beautiful.

Starr pass is a unique course in that it looks daunting to the naked eye, but is not as bad as you think. Elevations, something different than other AZ courses, are prominent here. If you prefer the wide open spaces and flat courses, do not come here. It is a challenge, and if you are not up to it, do not come! Bring plenty of golf balls. You will have the opportunity to lose many. Beautiful course. Well worth the money. Will be back!

There are many great courses to play (troon). Vistoso is close to par with the troon coursrs. Better than some. Always enjoy golfing, challenging and beautiful desert course. Am an avid golfer. This course is worth a try. You will probably be back.
