Nothing special. If you are desperate to play Scottsdale in January it’ll do. Over priced, slow play (5 hours), fair course conditions, but you can get out.

About as good as can be expected for January. Greens were excellent. Fairways need some help.
Real issue is what I got for the price I paid. I'll be spending my money elsewhere.
