Always enjoy visiting the course, as the staff and new amenities, club house are so good. Views are excellent too!
Price of golf there is very reasonable. Yes, this is a resort course, with homes along the fairways. And the fairways can run very tight and parallel to each other., So any errant shot means yell "fore"., and apologize to the homeowner. At times the cart path will have carts going both directions. No worries, you can figure it out. Just play smart and safe, and have fun! We did. Thanks!.

Though we did have a variety of weather that day, we will disregard that for the review. We still love the layout and challenges of the course, and its beautiful setting in the desert and natural scrub bush at the course N of I 10. . Parts of the course are dry, and others were very et due to sporadic sprinklers running and causing ponding. The sand traps are all pretty bad, with water ponded in the bottom of a lot of them (bad watering).. With all the sand available locally, this should be easy to correct! Greens putted pretty good, except the ones with sprinklers running at noon!

Love playing out here. Away from the city, lots of wildlife and natural foliage. Challenging at times. Some of the greens weren’t in great shape but still a fun day.

Well due to Covid times, there are no starters out there. The Pro shop advised people which of the 9s they were on, but not everybody listened! Ended up playing Mountain 9 twice, which was fine as we could play 18 holes in 3.5 hours.
Some good challenging holes. But were advised the 7, 8, 9 greens were being repaired, so may take a few days for those to improve. Other greens were good to excellent..

The location and setting are really wonderful. The overall atmosphere is what makes it enjoyable. Lots of wildlife (rabbits, roadrunners, ducks, etc.) adds to the overall experience - beside the vista views of the mountains and desert areas, and some interesting groves of trees! Play the game, enjoy the views. Staff were all great!
Greens were pretty fast, fairways could use some more water, as very thin lies. Most of the sand traps were really unplayable. Felt like sand.gravel pits, with very little sand. All traps should be assessed, and replace those that need it with sand - please! Thank you, and enjoy!

We always love playing the 2 courses out at Terra Lago. The unnecessary difficulty is the speed of the greens. Way too fast. Us "amateurs" find it very difficult to stick an approach shot, or even just stay on the green for short chips or long putts. If you putt it by the hole, and there is any wind, it can literally blow well off the green and into one of the hollows nearby.
Simple fix is to soften up and slow the greens down. Take it from a 15 to a 10, for example. Please!
A number of the sand traps are very rough, and the quality of sand could be upgraded. Very coarse. So, fix those two things and your ratings will go up!

This is our first time in 2020 playing back here at Indian Palms. They have a new bag drop off process and for getting your cart. No one is there at the drop off or will get your bag, which differs from last year. Should have a simple sign to explain new process.
The fairways and greens were ok, but not in excellent condition. If this is you first time playing here, or forgot where the water hazards are, you will get a few surprises. None of them are marked (i.e., with red stakes) and not all are visible. This is another resort course which is pretty common in the PD area, so need to be pretty straight on those tee shots, ! Enjoy.

Wonderful course, with good distances, tee box options, challenges (sand traps, waste bunkers, water) and reasonable widths at this resort course. Handy driving range, and great practice green! Staff are always so friendly and helpful, it really makes this place enjoyable! A full service club house with lounge, patio and meals completes the picture. It was all good, thanks!

Teed off on time, and good timing of round with little wait between holes. Love the challenges, with a good mix of water and sand to keep a golfer focussed on the short grass! Good maintenance staff, thanks!

Course is really in good condition. Staff at the Club House and Starter are great, and very accommodating. Need a course marshal though, especially in the PM. If teeing off at Noon, you should not be pushing it into the dark. Slow play. "Ready Golf" must be the mantra, especially when you see groups lined up behind you. Or let us play threw. We all want to finish 18 before dusk, please! And thank you....

Played course on MLK Day, and it was not busy at all at noon. So pace of play was fast, as did not have to wait at all! Staff were very friendly and helpful, and maintenance workers were very courteous and friendly! They have done a great job on course maintenance, and this was good value fo the money!
