I have played this course several times in the past. However, it currently is in the best condition I can remember. Thanks go to Nancy in the pro shop and Pete the starter for making this a fun day.

Played Panther Lake this date. Of all the courses I play in the Orlando area this is my favorite. I have been playing here for 25 years. It is always in excellent condition and the staff is always welcoming and friendly.

Early in the golf season, my wife and I enjoyed playing this excellent mountain course! The layout is very scenic and a good test of golf. The staff were very friendly and helpful!

During Sebring race week we played this course. The price was great, the pro shop personnel were great, pace of play was outstanding and we loved the layout.

May is early for fairway Bermuda grass to have fully developed so a few bare spots linger. The tee boxes could use a bit of grass and maintenance but I give this course high marks for layout and mountain views! The views can overwhelm your game if not careful since the course requires you to pick a target on many shots.

I chose Makaha Valley Country Club thinking the mountain and ocean views would be nice. Instead the views were great! As a plus, the course was challenging, the price was unbeatable, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I lost a head cover while playing and after the round one of the staff members took me back out on the course to retrieve it from a group playing behind me!
