I consider myself lucky to have paid a reduced fee since we played in the afternoon because this course is certainly not worth more than the $60 we paid for it. Many times we had to backtrack to the Teebox after finishing on the green. One particular horseshoe par-5 is somewhat of a clown hole. What stands out the most is the depressing housing edition into which this course was carved. I would strongly suspect that the housing edition was a greater priority to the developer than the golf course. All homes and apartments are way too close to the course and are also all painted in a depressing gray tone. At this point, many homes and apartments were still unoccupied, but I already fear for the safety of the occupants considering the proximity to the Teeboxes particularly on the horseshoe par five. On a side note, this was also the opinion of the couple that we played with that day.

Pace of play could have been better. (no ranger that I could see) When comparing it to other courses in the area I would have to say that there are better values for the money. Not a bad course though just more of a plain vanilla course. Would play it again but it's not on top of my list.

Very accommodating staff, very friendly. Greens run true. free water on the course. Would play this course any day!

It had rained very hard prior to our round, however the course drained well and was still the nicest course we have played in the area.
