I remember years ago the course was nearly perfect. (maybe 10 years ago) Now the course is being overtaken by weeds in some areas. Some fairways on the front nine are beat up really bad. City courses in Melbourne are in better shape right now.

The course is a typical city course open and fair, but it is in very good shape. Greens have a nice roll kind of speedy and the fairways are lush (especially the back nine) Very pretty course. Only complaint I have is there is only 1 water (with the bathrooms) on each 9. Bad part is the water in the fountain is warm. They make the bathrooms to where you pass by them 2 times per nine, but with warm water is does you no good. Take a cooler

The greens were very nice and it is a nice layout, The fairways aren't very lush and was kind of "scalped" for my liking. Some very scenic holes too. Over all a good experience.

Normally, the greens are in good shape but 70% of the greens were very rough. I heard they had some algae problems or something. Do not play until the greens are better.
