Weather was sublime. Staff super friendly. Except for a few diseased spots the course was in great shape. Got jammed up a bit behind a large group but wasn't horrible but I can see how it would be before Labor Day. My gal and i Got paired up with a super nice local couple and we all had a blast! Scenic course with some nice challenges.

Course in quite decent shape. Employees all friendly. Rain out policy is ridiculous, if you get rained out on hole one you get no rain check. Unprecedented!!

Greens in good shape and large targets (I still managed many three putts!) fairways good too.

My gal and I had a good time on a good course which is all i ask for.

Pace of play for a September weekday was a bit rough. The ranger was trying to fix it but never really got better.

Conditions are great! (Except sand traps)
Whoever came up with putting a stake on fringe at depth of flag on green needs a raise! Even knowing pin position they were very helpful. Every course should do that.

Was a blistering hot day and they had a cart come around with free water and cold towels! Thanx!!!

I shot an 89 which made it even better!!!

Have played here about ten times now and love it. It is even better now that construction on houses is almost done. Conditions were superb and pace was great!!!

My overall is 3.5 but you have to round. Never played before. Heard they hit hard times last year but they are coming back with a lot of excellent work. Cut down lots of scrap trees and aerifying the fairways. And have new water source for irrigation I heard. Not as pristine as a lot of Berlin courses, but For the lower price they are well worth it!

They were having a bad day because water main broke so no water anywhere not their fault. Beverage cart not in service either and driving range closed early fir unknown reasons.

That being said I enjoyed my round. Fairways were LUSH! No doubt ftom the reclaimed water from sewage plant next door (a few holes have minor odor sadly). Pace was great until the turn. Not sure if somebody started on back or just got bunched. I got amazingly low price so that helped. Staff friendly.

Greens decent but had just been over sanded.

Course in great shape despite recent aeration (well healed already) and severe lack of rain. Pace was awesome for a Saturday in august.

Challenging but fair. No houses on course except a few holes. A lot of forced Carries. Wide fairways. Fairways in great shape, greens need some work.

As with most courses spent much time picking up others trash and filling their divots. C’mon people !

Played twice in 2021. Difficult but fun. Not for average hacker I’d say. Fairways and greens in great shape. Had rained a lot previous few days and had drained surprisingly well.

Only minor negative is one rake per bunker even if bunker was huge. Standard is two rakes. Oh yea and density of housing on course will soon be at maximum. But that won’t keep me away!

cart path only due to massive rains day before so we walked. was tough but good for the soul!

nobody is repairing fairway divots, we spend all day putting them back (luckily were fresh and totally wet) we didn't have seed/sand with us.

greens in good shape, bunkers still need raking - they told me they are finally getting more staff on board so expect things to get back to normal before long...

spent half of day picking up other people's trash and fixing their pitch marks on the greens - ugh.

was President's Day and totally sold out and expected a backed up horrible day - we barely waited at all - the staff does a great job of making sure everybody is ready to play at their tee time.

60 degrees and sunny in feb helped the fun factor - plus we both shot well below our nornal scores!

fairways in reasonable shape for february but the greens have some bad diseased spots and still healing from past aeration.

my girlfriend loves the course but i only like it. mostly the conditions that bring it down, i've played it in spring/summer before and found it still not that great. shape

that said it is a decent track and great pricing and staff - i recommend it just with the above caveats

Course had a few rough spots but was fun and staff excellent. Will improve greatly in 2023 I’m sure they are doing great job bringing this old gem back to her glory!!!

Got a super good deal on golf pass and decided to try out a new course. Coming ftom playing both hammock beaches deluxe courses had low expectations but was very fun. Had breakfast in clubhouse and were early for tee time and starter got us out early and we finished round in 3.5 hours even with waiting on a few holes. Staff very friendly. Course sun. Did river snd dolphin courses.

Played for $69 at 1pm on a Thursday. Pace good. Like layout. A lot of crab grass but saw many nice infrastructure updates going on. New restaurant coming in November. Flowers and plants being planted. Aerated greens recovering nicely. Liked it better than Seaview Pines that we played two days ago.

Course in nice shape except for greens. Said greens were aerated on may 20 but they actually seemed diseased or something. Fairways and all other areas superb! Staff was really super nice! One nice hole on the water. Beverage cart making the rounds regularly. Good time…

Still cart path only but fairways have dried a bit. Should be nice once grass takes off. Needs porta potties on course.

Lots of water (streams and ponds) and hills (walked it and wasn’t easy!). Was wet from lots of rain day before but not courses fault. Will be a nice play once dry and greens up a bit later in spring.

Odd that number 18 is a par three. Guess ran out of real estate!

Not wet anymore. Hole two needs a “all clear” system our cart got struck by a teed ball from a blind shot. Nice bathroom layout. Sand needs raking.

Dried out and thankfully not cart path only anymore. Signs of grass healing also. Bunkers have been worked on too. Hopefully they will put in more spring maintenance and keep this course the beauty she is.
