Primm Valley Golf Club - Lakes Course

Primm is Back!
After quite a few years of less than stellar conditions I firmly believe Primm is back. Well at least the lakes course. Fully lush conditions tee to green. Greens maybe need another 2-3 weeks to fully heal and speed up. Bunkers need more sand but are playable. If you can snag a teeoff deal time I would highly recommend playing here.

Played 8/19 and I think this course is way over-rated. All conditions were poor Except the greens those were nice. Tee uneven and full of weeks. Unfortunately golf advisor doesn't do a breakdown of conditions like the better review sites like greenskeeper but I would have to give this course a 4 out of 10
