Have played many courses in Scottsdale/Phoenix area. Had good expectations of Legacy but already read in some reviews that the greens were full of pitchmarks and bad but really didn’t thought much about those remarks. Conclusion was: I should have listen. Greens were terrible(!!!) I wouldn’t have a clue how you could fix this anymore, so many around. If you are a single handicap or lower you will be irritated big time but my dad who is a thirty something hated it too. The course layout is ok but nothing special, a lot of car noise. The pace of play when we played was terrible which doesn’t do your game any good. Won’t go back for sure. So many good courses around with much better value for money too. Wish I could have left different feedback.....I really do

Really nice course with good value for money(if you find a good deal of course). Some very nice holes with ditto views. Greens are very good, pretty fast and well maintained. The day we played the only comment we could give is that we missed a marshal that would tell the group in front of us to hurry up. There was a four ball that was really all over the place. The didn’t rake any bunker and they didn’t let us pass. When talking to them we found out they were from India and didn’t really understand what we were asking them. They did understand they had to hurry up. This should have been done by a marshal though. But that is the only comment there was. The course is one you should play, you’ll like it for sure, also if you are a low handicap (although the distances on the scorecard didn’t match with the gps).
