A fun course for experienced golfers...beginners would get frustrated and hold up play.
The course has wide fairways so getting off the tee isn't bad. What makes the course challenging is the multitude of bunkers and the greens. The bunkers can be deep and troublesome to get out while the greens will require a lot of creative putting due to their size and rolling designs.

The only downside we had were some of the bunkers were wet and some had standing water in them.

Front nines winds through homes and is fairly flat, but still no gimme, and the back nine is hilly with undulating and tricky greens. The greens on both nines are large and good shape.
The 9th and 18th holes are par 5s with large ponds you need to be careful of on your approach shots.
