Started on 10th hole on time, greens sandy and fast, course in good condition, pace of play acceptable, felt cornered at the end of the round by a staff member insisting on cleaning my clubs and looking for a tip, some people want this others do not, same as the bag drop, overall a positive experience.

Check in was easy, was not harassed by staff at bag drop looking for tips, was able to use putting green, range balls not included ? No one explained, range was irons only, starter allowed us to start early, course conditions were good, greens in good shape, overall a good time was had by all.

Overall a great experience. Check in was easy, free range balls to warm up, slight delay in starting, 3 greens severely damaged on the front 9, played oaks to marsh.

Course layout, conditions were excellent. Greens fast

Staff friendly, scorecard does not illustrate each hole layout, for hazards etc. Pace of play was good, even with cart path only, value for money not the best, overpriced, for time of year and conditions, should be in the $50-75 range, not $90.

Course in excellent condition, except for the greens that appeared to have been punched recently and full of sand. Distance markers somewhat difficult to find and use.

Pace of play slow, starter and Marshall dropped the ball, as a twosome we were critiqued for playing too fast and made to wait a half hour before starting the back nine.

Attention to details required at this course. When I arrived, no one at bag drop, pro shop staff fast and friendly, was allowed to start early as a single, played 5 holes at a good pace, caught up with a slow threesome on hole 6, and the rest was downhill from there. Where was the course Marshall ? Several of the greens were dry, burnt, flat sections of mud. There's is a reason this course was cheap. Seems like the course is just a side attraction for the resort. On the upside the scenery on 4th and 9th hole hole were amazing.

Course conditions and pace of play were excellent, value for the hot deal
