GOLFNOW advertisement describes an 18 hole executive course. No where is it stated this HOT DEAL is for nine holes. After paying and receiving the confirming email, it is finally mentioned this is for nine holes. I'm writing now because the same listing is available for NEWPORT BEACH at 2:10 PM.

Please correct this misleading and false advertisement immediately.

The course is in pretty good condition, the greens are in great shape and the fairways were pretty good. They were packing the players on, we were waiting at least one group sometimes two groups per hole.

The price on GOLFNOW is $50.00, the walk up price at the course is $16.00......

The fairways need a little work, the bunkers have never been good (no sand) and the greens used to be very nice, not now. With all the negatives out of the way, the course is still worth the fee. If you don't get stuck behind a slow foursome and can play at a decent pace this course can still be fun. If you want to get a real golf experience you should play somewhere else.

The course is fun for a 9 hole executive course, unfortunately they are not watering this course. All the grass is dry and dying including many fairways and most greens. A little sand in the bunkers would be nice. The previous groundskeeper kept the greens in perfect condition you can tell something has changed.

The course conditions are very good including fairways and great greens. With that said this course always kicks my butt. The fairways drift into the river bed that runs through the center of the course or if your lucky your hitting over the river bed. Either way I spend too much time in that river bed. The course requires accurate shots from the tee. If you can get that done your in for great round of golf. Have fun!

The regular fee for the PAR 3 course is $13.75 and the HOT Deal price is $13.49. The first week the listing included a cart but Alondra soon dropped that offer making this a not so HOT Deal.

This was a beautiful par 3 (years ago). The greens are extremely small making this course very difficult for the beginner but challenging for the average golfer. The greens are not in good condition which takes all the fun out of this course. If your good (lucky) enough to get on the greens then you have a bumpy ride to the hole, killing any birdie chances and shooting down the few pars you might make. This day the course was packed with slow groups and it made for a long day. All the trees and general layout make it worth coming back to (once in a while).

The course is in good condition. Very good greens, fairways are nice and the ruff is very rough. Traps have decent sand and the course is generally a lot of fun to play, at least the first few holes. When we got to the fourth hole it backed up three groups. While standing in the fairway on the third hole the group behind me hit up and someone on the next fairway drove a ball right by me. No on calling "FORE". All that was okay because it was a beautiful day.
The problem is the starter was allowing doubles and even singles to play by themselves. That's great if the course is empty but we were waiting four groups deep by the sixth hole. At the turn two groups in front of us quit and the tenth hole was fine but by the eleventh hole is was three deep again. That took all the fun out of it and we abandoned ship and called it a day.

Played 18 holes on the 9 hole course. Pace was very good no waiting and got on right away. The course is in good shape, fairways are green and the greens are in great shape. The course is fairly easy but 200 yard plus par 3's make you work at it. There is a par 4 dog leg and the last par 4 has a creek at 200 yards so better to lay up especially hitting into a strong wind. The course is challenging enough but loads of fun!!

The course is in good condition. A few greens are a little bumpy but generally speaking they're in good condition. With all the large trees on this course it is by far the the best looking par three I have ever played. The course is a little on the short side with the longest hole measuring about 160 yards and two holes at less than 100 but overall the course makes up for any short comings with the beauty of its trees and lush fairways.

The ocean views are spectacular, the course is beautifully maintained, it is by far the nicest par 3 course I have played. Each hole has enough distance that you will use all your irons and maybe a fairway or rescue wood. The bunkers are deep and well placed. With all that said, the normal price to play is too high for nine holes. Perhaps the price and location keep the course from over crowding. My recommendation is to use the GOLFNOW Hot Deals and enjoy a fun round of golf.

The course is in good shape. Play is a little slow but it is a good course for beginners to intermediate hackers. You can pull out every club; there are three par fours you can hit the driver if you want or a long iron will do. The greens are in very good condition and vary from flat to rolling making for some tough putting. You will find water and plenty of bunkers to make the course challenging. Try it and have fun!

I have played here over the past five years and the course is in the best condition I can remember. The club house and facilities are fairly new and the course it self is in top condition. The pace of play was typical at about five hours, the pace is good until getting to the par 3's. There should be a sign to tell players "let the next group hit up", this would relieve the slow down.

The course is fun and usually in very good condition. The drawback is play is very slow. This executive course has many par 4's to offer and some par 3's with distance but the course has many new comers to the game resulting ins slow play. So, bring patience and enjoy the game.

The course is in fairly good condition, some of the greens had several un-repaired ball divots that took the fun out of putting. Most of the par three holes had good length to them, right around 160 yards. A few holes had elevated tee boxes that added to the challenge of the course. There are a couple of par fours that are fairly short at around 320 yards but the second is a dog leg right with the second shot over a good sized pond.

The course was fun and challenging and not too crowded on a Saturday.
