First time playing this course. Nice lay out with some deep bunkers around the green. Not very long Par 5’s but well they play longer than the card says. The 15 hole is a really nice hole. The cross bunker about 300 yards out is a cool feature. Overall a nice place to play. I will be back to play it again.

Fescue was up today. Rough was just as tough. With all this rain lately on the East Coast nice time to play. Wind blew at 20+mph. Tough conditions. Greens rolled true today. Would recommend this course to any golfer. I will be back. Maybe next time play the West Course.

First round for the 2019 season and I must say Royce Brooke was in good shape. Cart path only and for good reason. Keep the carts off the course until April and you will have a better course in July and August.

I have been playing this course for the last four years and I am trying to figure out what has happened to the shape of this course. When I first starting playing here I was going to join. Now I would not consider it. The course needs a makeover fast. Four years ago I was raving about this place. Please redo the bunkers and the fairways keep getting worse each year. I really love the layout of the East Course and want to keep coming back.
Royce Brook has set plans to focus its efforts on improving course conditions. We have been focusing on cart path repair thus far and will be moving on to bunkers next. The greens were just recently aerified 3 weeks ago and they are completely healed. Going forward I assure you that the golf course will be in better shape. Our apologies the conditions when you played were less than anticipated. Thank you for your continued support and we look forward to seeing you on the course.
