Have played this course multiples times over the last couple years it appears the course is not being maintained. Tee box’s and fairways are chewed up and greens are plagued with ball marks and bare spots on some. Playing a week before Christmas I would expect the course to be nearing peak condition entering the busy season but not so. No signs of maintence or basic upkeep, course is brown and ruff.
Sad to see this place turn into another low end cow pasture.

Staff very friendly and accommodating. The greens and fairways are in good conditions but the ruff and practice facilities need some attention. I played the Pines a couple years ago and had the same opinion. There are other choices in the AC area for the money are in better overall shape.

The greens need a little work.

For the price paid the course was only in fair overall condition. The greens as usual are excellent but the course has trees down everywhere from a stom in July. If you are unluck enough to miss a fairway your ball was pretty much unrecoverable. For the $90 I spend on the round there are many other much nicer courses available in the area.
