We enjoyed this course and played it a few times over the last two months. Wide open and no water hazards. Pace of Play was excellent considering how busy it was. Staff are friendly. Greens are very good. Very enjoyable.

We wanted to love this course. Many things to like. Nice layout, very friendly staff, good conditions.
But we waited on every shot, at one point there were 4 groups on a par 3 and this happened more than twice.
It ruins the game when the pace of play is that bad.

The greens had a lot of grass and were in good shape. A bit slow.
Fairways are rough. Not a lot of grass in spots.
Cart paths are in very rough shape.

We loved the course and thought it was good. Staff were excellent and we think it is a little overpriced for the area. We were fortunate to get a deal from golf now but when we wanted to rebook in another week the prices were all way up from what we paid. That was disappointing as it puts it out of reach.

We played on a windy cool day and had a great time. Course is friendly yet challenging. Greens were in very good shape and very quick.

First time to play here and we really enjoyed it! We were able to start early and we finished in about 3 hours as there was no one in front of us. The course is in good shape and we found the layout was more forgiving on the front than the back.

Not a fan of the rakes on the cart. I think it leads to poor maintenance of the bunkers because it is so easy to forget the rake!

Greens were good, fairways ok, lots of trouble to get into! A fun course to play.

We often play here at Christmas time while vacationing at nearby Cocoa Beach. We love this course - always see the odd gator or two, the birds - and the layout is challenging enough for me, a 21 handicap, and my husband, a 4 handicap. There is trouble always lurking but the course plays friendly from the forward tees in particular. The greens were good - not as much break as you might think! The course was not busy so we teed off early and were done in about 3 and a half hours. Very enjoyable!

We found the course to be in excellent shape. It was a cold windy day and the big greens were challenging. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The first bunker could use more sand - the others were fine.
There was a frost delay so we were cart path only for the first couple of holes. It was unclear when that rule was lifted. So we just followed the lead of the group in front of us.
Overall, a positive experience despite the challenging conditions.
